Powerpoint Questions

What do you see on your screen beneath the ribbon?  (To the left and to the right?)

A.- To the left there is the clipboard & to the right is the slide.

How many tabs do you see on your ribbon?

A- There ae seven tabs.

List all of the tabs that you see.

A.-Home, Insert, Design, Animations, Slide Show, Review, View

Which tab do you think allows you to add pictures, graphs, clip art, media clips, etc.?

A.- The Insert tab

Which tab do you think allows you to watch your power point slide show?

A.-The Slide Show tab.

Which tab do you think allows you to add movement to your text, pictures, clip art, slides, etc.?

A. Format tab

Which tab do you think gives you the option to proof read your slides by selecting the spell check command?

A.- The Review tab

Which tab do you think helps you decide to create a themed layout for each of the slides?

A.- The Design tab.

What is an audience?
A- They come in all shapes & sizes. May be group of similar people or combinations of different groups of people. Need to determine who they are in order to analyze your audience.
Please list three different types of audiences there are.
A- Children, Teenagers,& Adults
What are some topics that you would discuss with them? How do you plan to hold their attention?
A- For High School Students I can talk about school sports or even about college. For parents I can maybe talk about school work & abouthow teens act.

Questions

Q.- Do you like presenating information?  (why or why not)

A.- It really depends what I am presenting because in certain things I may get a little nervous.

Q.- What do you think are the key elements in a good speech?

A.- To me, some good elements in a good speech are good posture, eye contact, and actually know what you are saying.

Q.- What is difference between giving a speech about something you enjoy as opposed to something that you do not enjoy?

A.- When giving a speech about something you enjoy it is easier and you may feel more confortable speaking.

Q.- Why do you believe powerpoint is a helpful tool to use for presenations?

A.- Powerpoint is a helpful tool for presentations because it is designed to have many different options to make it look nice. Also, you can put it as slides and even add music!

Q.- When do you think you will be using power point after high school?

A.- I may use powerpoint after highschool when I am applying for a job. Also, if were to become a teacher.

Q.- What struggles did you find while creating this budget sheet?

A.- The struggles that I had while creating this budget sheet may have been actually reading the instructions to complete the sheet. I learn better looking at things visually than reading.

Q.- Why is it important to try and find the meaning behind creating a budget for yourself when you go shopping?

A.- It is important because it can help you find what is most beneficial for you.

Q.-Do you think that you have more of an understanding as to how expensive food can be?

A.- Yes! Now i have a better understanding as to how expensive food can be. Different Shoprites have different prices either some are lower or higher than in other Shoprites.

Q.- Did you enjoy this project and why?

A.- I just liked this project because I like creating things like this. I like to be creative.
